Logan is an award winning blender with training in Whiskey blending, Rum blending, sensory analysis, slow water reduction, cask finishing, and maturation. He is a graduate of the University of Kentucky and the University of Kentucky’s James B. Beam Institute and has worked in the spirits industry or in spirits research for the past five years. Logan is a dedicated student of the spirits industry and enjoys learning about the history, processes, and chemistry that shapes their character.
